By combining an explosive move with a strength move, you are going to burnout those legs and leave you in a pool of sweat…FUN! Tabata combines 20 second bursts where you exercise as hard as you can, followed by a 10-second rest. This is repeated for 8 rounds, which last for 4 minutes in total.
