Powerful Kettlebell Leg Circuit

This is one of my "go to" lower body workouts when I want to really feel the burn!  It will challenge your quads and glutes from beginning to end!  Because you are working the large muscles of your lower body, you will burn serious calories....I burned over 500!  All you need is 1-2 kettlebells (can also use dumbbells) and you can do it anywhere.  We love using kettlebells because they are so versitile and easy to use.

Superfood Citrus Quinoa Salad

This salad is packed with superfoods and is one of my family's absolute favorites!  The superfoods are loaded with tons of nutrients, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and heart healthy fats. It's a flavor explosion!  It's a little savory, a little sweet, and even has some crunch...it's seriously delicious!
