It s hard to beat the convince of a kettlebell workout! You don’t need a ton of equipment to get a great workout…and it can be done almost anywhere. It actually blows my mind at how sore I can get after doing a workout with one kettlebell! If you don’t have a kettlebell, don’t hesitate to grab one - they are an inexpensive piece of equipment that you will really use (here are some we use)!

The Only Kettlebell Workout You Will Ever Need

So if you only try one kettlebell workout, this is a great one! It was our number 1 workout last year and it is a total body workout that I love! You hit all your muscles and it is easy to follow, especially with a video that explains all the exercises. I don’t repeat my workouts very often, but I do this one about once a week. It’s a keeper for sure!

21 Minute Beginner Full Body Kettlebell Workout


If you are brand new to working out, the kettlebell is a great way to add strength to your fitness. You can work all of your muscles without having to get a gym membership or leave your house! This is a great workout to start with because it is only 21 minutes and can be done at your own pace. The video will walk you through the workout so you you can be confident about how to do the exercises!

Killer Kettlebell Leg Workout

At the opposite end of the spectrum, this workout is definitely not for beginners! If you like a challenge and don’t mind having trouble walking down stairs for a couple of days, give this strength and plyometric hiit workout a try. I am literally amazed at how sore I can get after doing this workout with a single kettlebell! The exercises mix compound strength exercises with plyo hiits that work your muscles in a completely different way. If you follow it up with the glute burnout at the end, you will have a great leg day without needing any big barbells or heavy weights. You have been warned though - everyone that I know that has tried it, gets extremely sore.

Your Best 21 Minute Workout

If you are short on time, this is the workout for you. You will definitely be done with warm up and workout in under 30 minutes…and best of all, it’s a full body workout! It uses upper and lower body muscles, builds core and has a little hiit cardio too! You will feel like you got a great workout squeezed into less than a 30 minutes! That’s hard to beat!

Powerful Kettlebell Leg Burnout Circuit

This is a lower body circuit of 15 exercises that promises to target every area of your legs and glutes.
