Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
These healthier banana oatmeal cookies are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth!
- 2 mashed bananas , ripe
- 1 C quick cook oats or rolled oats
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 1/4 C dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325
Mash the bananas with a fork. Then add everything but the chocolate chips and mix for about a minute. Add chocolate chips and stir. I use a small scoop to be sure all cookies are uniform and drop onto a Pam sprayed cookie sheet. You should get about 8 cookies/batch. Cook for 18-22 minutes. It's not easy to tell when they're done because they're so dark. I poke them and see if they fall apart. If they start to come apart, give them a few more minutes. Remove and cool, store in the fridge.
