Turning 50 has me me thankful for so many things in my life, especially being able to move my body! Since I didn’t find fitness until I was older, I was always amazed at the things my body could do as I started working out…and now I am amazed that at 50 I can do more than I probably could at 30.

Join me in celebrating a healthy body at 50...or any age! We are going to do each exercise a total of 50 times...but we break it into sets of 10 (doesn't that sound better than 50 straight)! If you are short on time, just run through the circuit as many times as you can in your time frame - or set an alarm for 30 minutes and stop when the alarm goes off. Listen to your body and take breaks when needed, you control how fast or how slow you go.

Workout:

  • 10 Mt Climber. (10 each leg)

  • 10 Thruster

  • 10 3/4 Leg Lifts

  • 10 Squat to Bicep Curls

  • 10 Burpees

  • 10 Sumo Squats

  • 10 Push Ups

  • 10 Jump Squat

  • 10 Long Leg Obliques (10 each leg)

  • 10 Goblet Squat to Deadlift (count 1-1-2-2)

  • 10 Star Crunch

  • 10 Jump Lunge (count each leg)

  • 1 MINUTE BREAK - REPEAT
