  1. Long Lever Plank

  2. Reclined Touch Behind - Straight Back 

  3. Runner’s Crunch 

  4. Bird Dog - switch 1/2

  5. Crunch - Hold 1/2, Side to side crunch 1/2

  6. Side Crunch RT

  7. Side Crunch LT

  8. X Superman

  9. Knees to Elbows (with or w/o  rock)

  10. High Plank Knee to Same Elbow hold 3 count

  11. DeadBug with Light Weight

  12. Ab Pistol Toe Touch - 1/2 right, 1/2 left
