The Ultimate Sandbag HIIT Workout

This Hiit workout only uses one piece of equipment. It’s a metabolic workout that will burn body fat and build lean muscle, all while you are doing HIIT. It’s a great way to get your heart rate in that high intensity zone, while you are doing some strength exercises too. I am sandbag obsessed right now!

The workout is pretty simple - 4 exercises! I demo all four exercises before we begin, and then I do the workout right along with you! It’s a sweaty one! If you have time, stick around for the 10 minute stretching at the end.
