Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
With the cool nights, pumpkin stands on the side of the road, and the marching band playing on Friday nights I was ready to create a fall masterpiece with our overnight oats recipe. After some trial and error, I think I have landed upon another version of our trusty protein oats recipe. Wrap up on your favorite sweater and enjoy this fall delight!
- 1 cup of Premier Protein (vanilla)
- I cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of pure pumpkin
- 1 tsp. flax seed
- pumpkin pie spice to taste
- cinnamon to taste
- can add 1 chopped walnut as an added treat!
Mix all ingredients in a jar and stir or shake up. Let sit in refrigerator overnight and VOILA! Now put on your fuzzy socks, grab your cup of coffee and enjoy this delicious taste of fall!
