HyperWear Sandbells

Meg and I love how versatile these sandbells are! They are like a sandbag, kettlebell and slam ball in one. They are the perfect for outdoor workouts too - you can get a great workout with just one piece of equipment. You can do exercises like kettlebell swings, slams, weighted glute raises, and presses…all with the sandbell!

Loop Band Set

Loop bands are a great addition to any home gym! These are the loop bands we use when we train our clients! We use them for lower AND upper body - they are such an inexpensive way to workout at home, and you can take them anywhere. They are perfect to use with our 5 workout Ultimate Band Bundle!

Resistance Band Set

This really does turn your home into a gym! It has everything you need to do both upper and lower body workouts - from bicep curls to leg extensions, you can do it all! Even if you have weights at home, Meg and I find adding bands to our workouts are so helpful. This is another great set to use with our Ultimate Band Bundle of workouts!

Brute Force Sandbag

This is functional fitness at it’s finest! I did some research and truly believe this is one of the best sandbags available…if it’s good enough for the US Military, I am sure it’s good enough for me. The instability of using a sandbag, and the nature of having a soft sided weight, allow you to do so many more functional exercises, all while recruiting more core muscle engagement. I love this thing! (Here is a great Sandbag workout video to try)

Kettlebells

Kettlebells are such a great way to add weights to your home gym - they are just so versatile! We have tons of workouts designed just for kettlebells! If you are looking to move beyond bands and begin using heavier weights with your workouts…you may want to pick up a kettlebell and give it a try. Meg has the vinyl coated kettlebells and they seem to stay in much better shape than the painted cast iron ones that I have in my gym.

Bosu Ball

I am AMAZED at the workouts my daughter can do with just this Bosu Ball! She keeps it in her apartment and can do entire workouts using only the Bosu! It is such a great piece of equipment that you can use for cardio, strength, and body weight workouts. Bosu

TRX Suspension Trainer

This is a full gym in a bag! It’s amazing to see what .you can accomplish just using body weight. If you have been on the fence about buying this, you should take the plunge! It is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment that will let you strengthen your upper and lower body, especially your core.

Stealth Align Foam Roller

We have some of clients with upper back issues, and this is one of the two rollers that we all love. I have actually felt my back move into alignment while using this roller. It was designed by a chiropractor and you can tell!

Rollga Foam Roller

This is the other roller our client’s love. While the Stealth roller is better for upper back, this roller is equally good for back and lower body rolling. This is the roller I grab when I an doing a full body roll and it especially great for rolling out your IT Band.

Battle Ropes

Seriously! This is for those of you that like to get your butt kicked…you know who you are! Haha! This is my “go to” piece of equipment for hard HIIT workouts! I am addicted to it in the warmer months when I can drag these outside. This is my favorite summer workout using just battle ropes.

Theragun Elite

You’ve probably seen tons of versions of this gun for a lot less, but you really do get what you pay for with this piece of equipment. This is the one professional sports team use, and for good reason. It helps warm up the muscles before exercising, and helps decrease post workout DOMs afterwards!

Landmine Insert

Meg and are crazy about this little piece of equipment. It slides down into a stack of eight, and you insert a bar into the top. It can be used for upper and lower body exercises, as well as core! It changes the load for your exercises and can help people with lower back issues too.
