10 Minute Summer Abs

Want to get ready for summer?  This is a great core workout that is only 10 minutes!  It strengthens your entire core, while it sculpts your abs!  Add it to the end of any workout for an extra ab burnout.  

directions:

  • 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off  
  • For beginners, take the time down to 20/10 and do two circuits, breaking in between the two circuits

  5. Bird Dog - Switch sides halfway 
  6. V-Up with Torso Rotations
  7. Plank Rock on Toes
  8. Long Leg Oblique With Pulse
  9. Side Plank Hip Tap Left Side
  10. Side to Side Scissor Kicks
