Focus on Healthy Eating

  • Get “one on one” feedback with ideas on how to make healthy changes to your diet. Text us pictures of your meals, or do a daily food log, and we will help guide you toward healthier choices.

  • Receive daily meal pictures of the food we are eating too! Sometimes it’s just helpful to actually see what other people are eating and get healthy food ideas.

  • Have weekly private Facebook Live Q and A’s. We will answer your questions and give you helpful tips and info about topics like: Reading food labels, foods to stock in your pantry, and foods we love.

  • Participate weekly challenges to help you stay motivated! Each week we will focus on a different challenge to keep you motivated to start a healthier lifestyle!

  • Download helpful printables from shopping lists, to healthy food ideas, and lots more to help you start your journey!

Focus on Fitness

  • Receive weekly workouts so that you can exercise at home or at the gym.

  • Have helpful workout explanations and videos that will hit all areas of fitness: strength, cardio and hiit!

  • Periodic facebook live workouts that you can do along with us, and have a great stretch afterwards!

  • Take part in weekly challenges that will keep you focused and motivated to stick with your fitness journey!

  • Contact us with questions about your workouts or fitness goals!

  • Use the private Facebook page to encourage one another, share successes and ask each other questions!

  • Receive encouraging texts to keep moving!
