Yoga Ball 10 Minute Full Body circuit

There are so many ways to utilize this circuit....add a cardio starter, go through the circuit a couple of times, go through the circuit a couple of times and add a core circuit....your options are endless and you can customize according to your needs and the time you have. Have fun!

Equipment:

weights and yoga ball

Set up:

10 exercises that utilize the yoga or stability ball done @ 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest Go through this circuit 3-4 times for a fabulous full body workout!

Workout:

  1. Squat with Push Pull

  2. Yoga Ball Deadbug

  3. Zig Zag Jump or Lateral Hops

  4. Yoga Ball Fies to Tricep Extensions

  5. Power Jacks with Light Weights

  6. One Leg Deadlift with Foot Resting on Yoga Ball

  7. Lat Pullover with Toe Touch - Feet on Yoga Ball

  8. Split Squat with Shoulder Press - Feet on Floor

  9. Plank Crunch with Feet or Shins on Yoga Ball

  10. Rotational Row
