The Best Ab Circuit

A combination of core strengthening exercises with a few metabolism boosting core exercises and you've got a recipe for the best ab circuit.  Best part, one round only takes six minutes!  

Directions:

  • 30 seconds on/15 seconds off

  • go through the circuit 1-3 times

Equipment;

  • none

Warm up: 30 seconds each exercise

boxer shuffle, butt kicks, jumping jacks, skaters, good mornings, squat kicks, lunges, side lunges. (warm up video)

Workout:

1.  plank hip tap+knee to same elbow 

2.  crunch with cross punch

3.  plank side kick  

4.  mountain climbers

5.  windshield wipers

6.  down dog thrusters

7.  up down plank

8.  reverse crunch
