Guiltless Pumpkin pie Dessert

This is more than just a dessert for me! I eat this as a snack or just a treat with my coffee or tea. It is only 45 calories a slice and a perfect balance of carbs and protein…brilliant!!! I love this all winter long! It truly is a guiltless dessert! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

1 can pure pumpkin (15 oz)

1 Premier Protein drink (vanilla 11 oz)

3/4 cup egg whites

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup monk fruit

cinnamon to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and beat with wisk or fork until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch sprayed pie pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then 325 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serves 10 (More depending on the size of your slices:)
