Supercharge Your Calorie Burn with This Cardio HIIT Workout

Cindy and I both incorporate running into our fitness arsenal.  Running allows you to reduce your stress, boost your endurance and burn calories with just a pair of tennis shoes.  There are other ways to torch calories that don't involve running, however.  We really believe it is important to constantly confuse your muscles in order to effectivvely burn calories and keep your fitness journey from hitting a plateau.  This cardio/core workout is a very effective calorie burning HIIT circuit that requires no equipment. It will shock your metabolism into high gear and supercharge your calorie burn!

Equipment:

  • none

Directions:

  • AABBAABB format

  • 40 seconds on/20 seconds off or 30 seconds on/15 seconds off

  • 30-60 second break after each AABBAABB set as needed
