Sip warm tea and pamper yourself during a full day of becoming a healthier version of yourself! You’ll feed your creative side, nourish your spirit with some calming yoga, eat healthy nutrient rich foods, and learn some valuable tips for living a healthier lifestyle. It’s a journey not a destination, and every woman deserves a little restoration on her journey! We believe Healthy Life, Happy Life, and we want to help you get there!

What do you dream about for 2019? You’ve heard the saying that the difference between today’s dream and tomorrow’s reality is a plan! We will walk you through the steps to make plans that work. You will begin your day by getting our creative juices flowing, and designing a beautiful Vision Board of your goals for the year. In the afternoon we will start putting plans together to make those dreams a reality. We will dive into your planners and start actually putting together your action plan!


Tackle your eating and fitness plans with our help!

Sometimes the thought of eating healthier and working out can be overwhelming! We can help you navigate through some of the “healthy eating” pitfalls, as well as give you concrete tips to start making healthier changes to you eating habits. You will take home recipes, shopping lists, and basic healthy eating information that will get you on the right track.

What does the retreat include?
