Personal training ranges from $40-80 per session depending upon location and number of clients
If you aren't located in the western Chicago suburbs, we can still help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. We send weekly workout programs that give specific exercises to do during the week, and we can help you make healthier eating choices as well. Contact us to discuss your specific goals and needs.
